OES Past Patron Badge

Name and Chapter name, number and location (if different from the chapter name) will be engraved on a badge emblazoned with a cloisonné emblem.

Multiple years of service can be listed.  If you prefer to have no years - just PAST PATRON - please list "NONE" for years of service.

Also, indicate whether you would prefer a standard magnetic back, men's pocket magnet, or a pin back.

(Those with a Pacemaker may need to choose a pin back)

These badges are typically Brushed Old Gold with Black text.  However, we know you like to express your individuality so here are all the colors we currently offer.  If you do not select a color, it will be engraved using the Brushed Old Gold/Black.
